We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days via our trusted carrier partners.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to love every product you receive from Maison de Gère. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@maisondegere.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare devices and personal care tools cannot be returned unless defective. Please refer to our 30-Day Guarantee for device-related concerns.
